Return and refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at faithix.contact@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In some cases, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• perishable goods
• custom or personalized items
• personal care items
• hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same unused condition and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
